Refund Policy

GoldSwift Velocity is a digital software license. Because the product is delivered electronically and cannot be returned or recalled once accessed, all sales are final by default. The narrow exceptions are described below.

What Is Eligible for a Refund

A refund will be reviewed only when all of the following are true:

You experienced a verifiable technical fault that prevents the software from operating as documented.
You contacted support@goldswift.online within 14 days of purchase with your order ID and a description of the issue.
Our support team was unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable troubleshooting period.

Refunds cover technical failure of the software — not trading outcomes. If the EA installs, attaches to a chart, executes trades according to its documented logic, and operates without crashing, it is functioning as designed regardless of profit or loss.

What Is Not Eligible for a Refund

Trading losses of any size, on any account, in any market condition.
Underperformance relative to backtest data, simulations, or expectations.
Broker-side issues — wide spreads, rejected orders, requotes, server downtime, slippage, swap charges, withdrawal delays, account closures.
VPS issues — disconnections, latency, hardware failure, provider outages.
User error — incorrect installation, wrong instrument, wrong timeframe, wrong parameter set, AutoTrading disabled, insufficient margin, etc.
Change of mind after purchase or download.
Compatibility issues with brokers, jurisdictions, or account types that prohibit algorithmic trading — verify before you buy.
Requests received after the 14-day window from purchase date.

How to Submit a Refund Request

Email support@goldswift.online with:

Your order ID (begins with GS-VEL-)
The email address used at checkout
A clear description of the technical fault
Screenshots, MT5 Experts log, or video showing the issue if possible

We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via NowPayments and may take up to 14 days to settle on-chain.

Trading Risk Acknowledgement

Trading is risky. By purchasing GoldSwift Velocity you acknowledge that you may lose all of your trading capital, and that no refund is owed for that loss. See our Risk Disclaimer.
