By purchasing or using GoldSwift Velocity, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
GoldSwift Velocity is automated trading software (an Expert Advisor, or "EA") for the MetaTrader 5 platform, configured for the XAUUSD (Gold) instrument on the M5 timeframe. It is sold as a software license — not as a managed account, signals service, copy-trading service, or financial advisory service. You operate the software on your own broker account at your sole discretion and risk.
Upon successful payment, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and operate GoldSwift Velocity on MT5 trading accounts that you personally own and control. The license is one-time payment, lifetime access, and includes future product updates.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, lease, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or share the software with any third party.
GoldSwift Velocity is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We make no guarantee, representation, or warranty that:
You assume all risk associated with operating the software, including but not limited to total loss of trading capital. See our Risk Disclaimer for details.
All sales of digital products are final. The only exception is a verifiable technical fault that prevents the software from operating as documented and that we cannot resolve within 14 days of purchase. In such cases, refund requests will be reviewed individually.
Refunds are not issued for trading losses, broker-side issues, VPS downtime, change of mind, perceived underperformance, or because live results differ from backtest data. Trading risk is borne entirely by the user.
To request a technical refund review, email support@goldswift.online within 14 days of purchase with your order ID and a description of the technical fault.
Nothing on this website, in the product, in any documentation, or in any communication from GoldSwift constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The software is a tool — what you do with it is your decision and your responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoldSwift, its operators, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the software — including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Our aggregate liability under any claim related to this license shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
You agree to use GoldSwift Velocity in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and the terms of service of your broker and trading platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring that algorithmic trading is permitted in your jurisdiction and on your account.
All software code, branding, documentation, and website content remain the intellectual property of GoldSwift. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.
We may revise these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the operator's jurisdiction. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
