GoldSwift sells educational content, community access, and analysis relating to trading gold (XAUUSD). As of the date above, that is exactly three things:
These are not a managed account, a copy-trading service, a portfolio management service, or personal financial advice. We never take custody of your funds and never place trades in your account. Every trading decision in your account is made by you.
Published ideas are educational examples of our own process. Acting on any of them is your decision alone.
On successful payment you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access the content and community for the product you bought, for as long as the relevant subscription is active. Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled and may be cancelled at any time; cancellation stops future billing and ends access at the end of the paid period.
You may not record, resell, redistribute, republish, sublicense or share our content, signals or community material with any third party.
All content and analysis is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
We make no guarantee, representation, or warranty that:
You assume all risk for every trade you place, including total loss of your trading capital. See our Risk Disclaimer.
Subscriptions (Signals, Core): cancel at any time from your Whop account. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Part-months are not pro-rated.
Trade Review: refundable in full at any time before we begin work on your review. Once the completed review has been delivered the service has been performed and is no longer refundable.
Where a statutory right of withdrawal or cooling-off period applies in your jurisdiction, that right applies and is not affected by anything in this section.
Refunds are not issued for trading losses, for a change of mind about market direction, or because a published idea did not work out. If you did not receive the access you paid for, that is our fault and we will fix it or refund you — email support@goldswift.online with your order ID.
Nothing on this website, in our content, in our community, in a trade review, or in any communication from GoldSwift constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and none of it is personalised to your circumstances. We are not a licensed broker, adviser, or asset manager. What you do in your own account is your decision and your responsibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GoldSwift, its operators, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our content, signals, community or services — including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption.
Our aggregate liability under any claim related to this license shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
You agree to use our content and community in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and with the terms of service of your broker and trading platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the way you trade is permitted in your jurisdiction and on your account. You agree not to share, resell or republish member-only material, and to keep community discussion civil.
All branding, written content, lessons, analysis, signal commentary and website material remain the intellectual property of GoldSwift. Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution or resale is prohibited.
We may revise these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our content or community after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the operator's jurisdiction. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation.
